Shipping policy

For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to the difference in manufacturing partners’ locations.

Tracking

All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order is dispatched to the carrier's sort facility.

For some shipping companies, it can take several days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at help@offaxisvault.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occurs once the package reaches the destination country or enters customs processing.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. OffAxisVault is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is delayed, held, or lost due to customs clearance issues, incorrect address details, or actions taken by the local postal service or customs authority, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.

We will, however, do our best to assist customers by providing tracking information and supporting any inquiries with the carrier where possible.

Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

Due to our fast processing times, orders are sent to fulfillment shortly after being placed. Orders may only be cancelled or modified prior to fulfillment. Once an order has been processed and fulfilled, it is considered final and it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
